Privacy Policy

TourGen (tourgen.app) is operated by FundPHX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("TourGen," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Photos you upload to generate a video.
• Your email address, collected at checkout.
• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe; TourGen never receives or stores your full card number.
• Basic technical information (like IP address) used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

• To generate and deliver your video.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, "your video is ready").
• To send occasional product updates or promotions — only if you opted in at checkout. You can opt out at any time.
• To detect and prevent abuse of the Service.

Your uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our storage 10 days after your video is generated — long enough to cover our refund/replacement window, but well before we'd have any reason to keep them. The generated video itself is retained for up to 90 days so you have time to download it, after which it's automatically deleted as well.

We use trusted third-party services to operate TourGen:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare R2 — file storage
• WaveSpeed — AI video generation
• Resend — transactional and marketing email
• Vercel, Railway, Neon, and Upstash — hosting, database, and infrastructure

Each of these providers only receives the information needed to perform their function. We do not sell your personal information.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in those emails. To request access to or deletion of your personal information, contact us at fernando@fundphx.org.

TourGen is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
