Terms of Service

TourGen (tourgen.app) is owned and operated by FundPHX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("TourGen," "we," "us," or "our"). By using tourgen.app or purchasing a video (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

TourGen turns a set of photos you upload into a single, continuous AI-generated fly-through video. You choose the format (widescreen or vertical) and the camera movement between each pair of photos; we handle the rest.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you confirm that you own them or otherwise have the right to use them and to have them processed by TourGen to generate a video, and you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your photos and the resulting video solely to provide the Service to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any photos you upload.

Each video is a single, flat-rate, one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; TourGen does not store your card details.

Turnaround time varies with photo count, typically 15–40 minutes. Once complete, your video is available to download for 90 days from generation. After that window, the video is deleted from our storage and is no longer retrievable — download and save your own copy before then.

If something goes wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of purchase. At our discretion, we will resolve valid issues with either (a) a full refund of the amount paid, or (b) a replacement video custom-made by a TourGen designer. TourGen's total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree not to upload photos you don't have the right to use, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service (including automated or bulk order creation outside normal use).

The Service, including any AI-generated video, is provided "as is" and "as available." TourGen makes no warranty that the generated video will meet your specific expectations, and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TourGen's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. TourGen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
